Setzler Field tickets & upcoming events

Setzler Field in Newberry, South Carolina, is more than just a sports venue; it's the heartbeat of the community’s sporting spirit. Every year, it kicks off the season with a lively celebration that locals look forward to, think marching bands, cheerleaders, and a buzz that just pulls you in. The stadium itself has seen some upgrades over the years, like that slick digital display board added back in 1995 which makes catching scores way more exciting. And if you’re into history, you’ll appreciate the digital archive launched in 2026 that keeps all those past game programs and event photos accessible, kind of like a digital scrapbook. The seating is pretty cool too, especially the ground level spots where you can really feel the roar of the crowd and hear the coaches barking out instructions. It’s a place where you’re practically right on top of the action. Plus, biking to the field is super easy thanks to a scenic river bike route, which is perfect for those who want to stay active or just enjoy the fresh air. Located in a basin, getting in and out is a breeze with directions from all the main roads. Whether you’re there to cheer on the College Wolves or catch a local event, Setzler Field offers a genuine and inviting vibe that keeps fans coming back year after year. It’s a spot that feels like home, and honestly, once you’ve been there, you’ll see why it’s such a cherished part of Newberry.
